Description: As a part of the Account Management team, this position works with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize AgilQuest revenue opportunities. Responsible for ensuring quality services delivery in all engagements, and for the development of new services and expanded systems deployment. This position reports to the Exec. VP, Global Services.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the sales strategy and account plans to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.
- Identify and follow up on projects and opportunities to sell products and services to current accounts
- Consistently communicate value of AgilQuest to drive customer retention
- Maintain a high-profile AgilQuest presence in the market place through the creation of win-win customer solutions that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership.
- Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives.
Skills
- 3-5 years demonstrable track record of success in sales to Fortune 500
- Demonstrable experience selling complex technical solutions to executive management.
- Ability to network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers.

Location: Corporate Offices are in Richmond, VA. Relocation not required. Ability to travel.
